I was drawing this couple standing in the subway on the Bloor line and they took about 5 stops before they kissed for the last time and said goodbye.

I drew this woman on the Bloor subway line after she rocked her baby to sleep.  She is apparently pleased that he stopped crying:)

This guy I saw on the Bloor subway line.  He was deep into his phone, and I was happy to catch him still.  I love the shadows that were cast on him while in the outdoor section at the Bloor Viaduct.

This guy was on the Yonge subway line and I was intrigued by the fact that he was also writing in a sketchbook.

This guy was sleeping on the Yonge subway line.  I was afraid he was going to miss his stop.  Luckily he woke up.

This woman was on the Yonge subway line, and I was wondering what she was thinking.  She stayed on the subway just long enough for me to get her deep in thought.

This guy noticed me drawing him on the Bloor subway line.  He wanted to join us, and pulled out his sketchbook. I told him to meet us the next week at Coxwell Station.  Unfortunately he didn't show.  It would have been a good story though.

This was drawn on the Yonge subway line.  I think this guy was writing a poem.

I caught this guy on the Bloor subway line resting his head.  The sun caught his face while going over the Bloor Viaduct.
